When you select from our menu and place an order, you'll get an order confirmation email containing your order number and item. After that, you'll get a dispatch email.

Your subscription will be activated only after we receive your payment.

Yes, we provide free doorstep delivery (SUBJECT TO PARKING AVAILABILITY) on all the packages.

No, there is no contract to subscribe to our services. You may cancel anytime you want.

If you are not available to take the meal delivery, then we can leave your tiffin outside your door or can be handed over to your concierge. We can also place it at strategic places based on your delivery instructions provided to us. Your meal delivery will fail in case of no delivery instructions.

In case you do not select your menu or forget to select any day menu, we will still send your meal as per our chef choice. (Not selecting menu will not pause your services)

Plan validity is the total duration of your subscription. For e'g - If you choose a standard one month plan, you get total 24 meal credits with 45 days of validity so you will have total 45 days to consume your 24 meal credits.

All our plans are built to cater to your needs. Dals & Gravies - 8oz on Basic plan and 12oz on standard and premium Continental Dishes - 32oz Salads - 32oz

We accept all major credit/debit cards.

Menu selection needs to be done a week in advance. For e.g. - If you want to select the menu for Monday to Sunday of next week, you need to select this by Saturday at 11:59 PM.
